How To Keep Your Teeth Clean and Healthy [AD]

From an early age, we’re taught that it’s that it’s important to look after our teeth and to keep them clean and healthy. One of the most obvious ways of doing that is by brushing our teeth.

There are a numerous types of toothbrushes on the market today; from manual to battery-powered toothbrushes, electric and bamboo toothbrushes. There is an endless range to suit every budget.

If you haven’t got the budget to invest in an expensive electric toothbrush, yet you still want something more efficient than a manual one.. A battery-powered toothbrush could be the answer.

I’ve been using this Colgate 360° Floss-Tip Battery Powered Toothbrush for a while now and it’s absolutely great. Not only is it incredibly affordable, it comes with 2 AAA batteries and 2 brush heads. As you need to replace your toothbrush/ brush head every 3 months, this will last you a good 6 months.

The 2 brush heads each have floss-tip bristles. On the reverse, they also have a tongue and cheek cleaner allowing you to remove bacteria.

My favourite feature is that it oscillates; the dual action head and angled bristles ensure that your teeth are cleaned thoroughly, especially along the gum line. With the added tongue and cheek cleaner, your mouth is left feeling really clean and fresh. – I’m a huge fan!

With a simple on / off button, there are no complicated settings to worry about – it really is the perfect, fuss-free toothbrush to make sure you have clean and healthy teeth!

I’ve always been a huge electric toothbrush fan, however, I have to say that this battery-operated toothbrush also does a fantastic job. It keeps my teeth clean and healthy and unlike other toothbrushes I’ve tried, this one cleans my tongue and cheeks too.
